Planning Fee Policy

we charge a professional planning fee for custom travel design after the initial consultation. This fee allows us to dedicate the time, research, and expertise needed to create personalized travel experiences and covers the professional work involved in researching destinations, designing itineraries, coordinating with travel partners, and providing concierge-level guidance throughout the planning process.

Please note: Planning fees are non-refundable and compensate Crosswind Travel for the professional services provided during the travel design process, regardless of whether the trip is ultimately booked.
