Crosswind Travel Planning Agreement
This Planning Agreement outlines the terms under which Crosswind Travel provides professional travel research, itinerary design, and concierge planning services. By submitting payment of a planning fee, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
1. Planning Services
Crosswind Travel provides personalized travel planning services, including destination research, itinerary design, supplier coordination, and customized travel proposal preparation. These services are tailored to the client’s travel preferences and are provided before any travel booking is confirmed.
2. Planning Fee
A professional planning fee is required before Crosswind Travel begins research and itinerary development services. This fee compensates Crosswind Travel for professional time, expertise, and advisory services.
The planning fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of whether travel arrangements are ultimately booked.
The planning fee is charged for planning services only and is not applied toward the cost of travel bookings unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
3. Intellectual Property
All itineraries, proposals, research materials, recommendations, and travel designs prepared by Crosswind Travel remain the intellectual property of Crosswind Travel unless and until travel is booked through Crosswind Travel and released for client use.
These materials are provided solely for the client’s personal review and may not be copied, reproduced, forwarded, shared, sold, posted, or used to make bookings through another agency, advisor, website, or directly with suppliers without the prior written consent of Crosswind Travel.
4. Pricing and Availability
All pricing, promotions, space, accommodations, airfare, cruise availability, and other travel components are subject to change until confirmed by deposit and accepted by the travel supplier.
Quotes and proposals reflect information available at the time of research only and may change without notice prior to booking.
5. Supplier Disclaimer
Crosswind Travel acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary between the client and third-party travel suppliers, including but not limited to cruise lines, hotels, airlines, tour operators, transportation providers, and vacation package suppliers.
Crosswind Travel does not own, manage, operate, or control such suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, defaults, schedule changes, pricing changes, cancellations, overbookings, service failures, travel disruptions, injuries, losses, or other matters beyond Crosswind Travel’s control.
6. Commencement of Services
Planning services do not begin until the planning fee has been paid in full. Any consultation, discussion, or preliminary recommendations provided before payment do not obligate Crosswind Travel to begin research or itinerary design until payment is received.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By submitting payment of the planning fee, the client acknowledges that the fee is for professional services rendered by Crosswind Travel and agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for services already performed.
8. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of the planning fee constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Planning Agreement, as well as Crosswind Travel’s Travel Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
